Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is required 4 hours prior to class to avoid penalty.
- Cancelled classes with in the 4 hour window WILL be charged $10.00 Late Cancel Fee (with Unlimited Packages) and lose the class with regular (5/10/20 Class Packs)
- 3 Options to cancel a class you’ve already registered:
- Visit our website and through the ‘Get Started’ tab, select ‘my info’, select ‘my schedule’, and click ‘cancel’.

- No Show – Clients will lose class from current package & it is unable to be reused/rebooked.
- No Show with Monthly Unlimited Package will receive a $10.00 penalty fee.
- New Client Special subject to same late/no show policies and may not be rebooked at this rate.
Waitlist Policy:
- Waitlist is available for 1 class per day.
- You will receive an email from the studio should you come off the waitlist.
- If you cannot make class after being added from the waitlist, please call the studio or sign into your account to cancel without penalty.
Late Arrival:
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your class and we have wait listed attendees in the studio, you will lose your spot.
- We will not accept late arrivals by voicemail.
