Getting Started!
Advance registration is highly encourage to secure your MegaFormer machine and reserve your spot in class.
In your first class you'll be educated on the MegaFormer™ machine and how to use it. Our trained instructors are available at the start of every class to answer questions.
New clients can choose from ANY of our MegaFormer™classes.
Instructors will make adjustments for new and advanced clients as you move through class to maximize the efficiency of every participants workout.
Studio Etiquette & What to Wear
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.
We offer lockers for you to keep your personal belongings.
We have a changing room but do not have showers, so please plan your day accordingly.
Cell phones are not permitted during class.
Complimentary water and towel service are available.
For your safety, Plank Studio HIGHLY recommends socks with grip to be worn for our MegaFormer™ class.
A special collection of ToeSox® are available for purchase at the front desk.
